Setup
Instructions |
| 1 |
Remove
Propeller (not necessary on some drives) |

|
| |
|
| |
|
| 2 |
Use
the Bubble Level on the Large Anti-Ventilation plate (above the
Prop) and adjust the trim until it is level. It may be easier to use the
tongue jack on the trailer to get a finer adjustment. (See
Figure 1)

Position
the Port side A/R Plane (the one with ¼ inch holes) fore and aft on the skeg,
so that the angles on the front and the rear, match the ends and bottom of the
skeg |

Hold
the Level along the top of the surface of the A/R Plane and once it is level,
use the "C"
clamps to hold it in position. Use masking tape on the ends
of the "C" clamp to avoid
scratching the A/R Plane. (See Figure 2) |

Using
the A/R Plane as a drill jig,
drill holes in the skeg with the ¼

Install the A/R Planes using the bolts in the center first. It is easiest
to start all of the bolts before tightening any of them. Tighten from the Center
outward until the A/R Planes are flush with skeg surface. |
